new and improved logo

  1. Kristina,
These area a bit hard to see because they don't enlarge when clicked. Not sure how your are uploading images. Is this the final logo direction? Several aspects need refining.
I would consider eliminating the dot on the "i" and use just the word "for" there (no filled in dot). "For" must be large enough to be read when the logo is reduced. The descender on the "g" is extremely long, thus takes the eye away from the rest of the logo (for kids). The space between this descender and the ascender on the K can easily divide the logo so pay attention to this area. Did you consider joining the w and i?
Also attend to kerning, ex. the s after kid.
Make sure the logo works in b/w. Here "kids" seems separate from all the dazzle in wigs (esp. the g). The concentric circles in the g's descender could be moved to the right up under the "w" if you shorten the descender. Also tethink the length of the ascenders (k and d): you can shorten them yourself to fit the space as needed. The one on the d in kids definitely pulls the eye away to the right. Perhaps the font is the problem? (short x-height compared to ascenders and descenders).
The elements are not cohering as well as they should overall so work on interior spacing, interior lines and visual directions they imply as well.
